What does "Neonisi" mean?
The name comes from two Greek words: "Neos" and "Nisi" which respectively mean "New" and "Island." The reason of this choice is the main objective of this platform which is to create a new island in the boundless ocean of the web where those who are willing to do online business can lead in a safe and fun way.
Who is it Neonisi for?
Just everybody! Sellers, buyers, companies, but not limited to all those who would like to start their own online business. No matter whether you are a computer expert or a novice, anyone can use Neonisi, and we will ensure that in future it's even more.
Are there any fees to be paid?
The only charge that is present on Neonisi is a small commission on the final sales price of 3%, but only when the price is greater than or equal to 5.00 Euro, for lower prices there is any commission to pay! You can see the details of the costs in the fees page.
Does it sell on this site? How many visits are there?
Neonisi was born from a very short time (the official launch was June 14 2009), since the first few days there have been sales and visits are increasing every day. But do not have the same expectations that you may have with other sites that are investing millions in advertising. For this first phase we will all together determine the success or not of the platform.
Why this site is different from others?
Unlike other Market Places, this site aims to be a genuine Business Place. Or a place where you can buy, sell and earn money on the Internet through innovative systems created specifically for this platform.

I registered but I cannot login to the site, what should I do?
First of all check your email, immediately after the registration you will be sent an email to activate your account. If you have not received, check the "Spam" or "Junk" folders.
How can I cancel a purchase/sale?
At the moment it is not possible to cancel a purchase by the seller and/or buyer. We're working to add this feature as soon as possible. Once available, you'll be able to do it directly from the sold/won items page.
How can I delete my account?
